Your information

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This policy describes how information is handled when you use the Tomato Sound Studio iOS app, its online features, and this website. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to sonicue-support@gmail.com.

Information kept on your device

Imported audio, playlists, favorites, listening history, preferences, and saved creations are stored on your device. Importing an audio file does not, by itself, upload that file to our music generation service. Device backups may include locally stored information depending on your Apple settings. You can remove local items in the app or delete the app to remove its local data, subject to how iOS handles backups.

Information sent when you use online features

Advertising and analytics

The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google and its partners may process IP address, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location derived from network information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy. Where available, you can review advertising choices in the app's privacy settings and iOS tracking settings. Declining tracking does not necessarily stop data needed for non-personalized ads.

The app includes Firebase Analytics. When analytics is enabled for an app build, Google may process an app-instance identifier, device and app information, and events such as screen views, feature use, playback, generation outcomes, purchases, and errors to help us improve the app. Analytics is disabled when a matching Firebase configuration is unavailable. See Firebase privacy information.

Purchases, purposes, and recipients

Apple processes App Store purchases. The app uses product, transaction, and subscription status information to provide purchased access; we do not receive your full payment card number. Information described above is used to provide requested features, support users, maintain security, measure performance, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the processing and your location, the basis may be performance of a service you request, consent, legitimate interests in service security and improvement, or a legal obligation.

Recipients may include Cloudflare, fal, Apple, Google advertising and analytics services, connected-content providers, audio or artwork hosts, and our email provider when you contact support. Their own policies and technical operations affect how long information remains with them and how they handle it.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

Local data remains until you remove it or delete the app, except for copies in backups you control. Online providers may retain requests, generated files, and security records under their own policies. We keep support correspondence while needed to handle the request and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Deleting a local creation does not automatically delete a provider-held copy.

Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or limits on certain processing, withdraw consent, or object to certain uses. Email sonicue-support@gmail.com with enough detail for us to locate the relevant request or job; do not send passwords or payment details. You may also contact your local data protection authority. Processing by service providers may occur outside your country and is subject to applicable transfer requirements.

Children and changes

The app is not intended for children under 13 or a higher minimum age where local law requires one. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us. We may update this policy as features or providers change; the date above will change when we do.
