Terms of Use
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These terms apply to Tomato Sound Studio's app and related online features. The app license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a different applicable license is provided in the App Store. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force. For questions, contact sonicue-support@gmail.com.
Your content and connected media
Only import, submit, download, or share material that you have the right to use. A song appearing in search results, or being available to play or save, does not give you copyright ownership or permission to redistribute it. Connected media comes from third-party services and may change or become unavailable without notice. Tomato Sound Studio is not affiliated with those services merely because their content can be accessed from the app.
AI-generated sounds
You are responsible for the text, lyrics, and other inputs you submit. Generation can fail, take time, or produce output similar to other material. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, copyright protection, non-infringement, or suitability for commercial use. Your use of generated output remains subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the relevant model or provider terms. Submitting an input authorizes its processing as needed to provide the requested feature; it does not transfer ownership of your original input to us.
Subscriptions and rewarded features
Current prices, billing periods, included usage, and any trial terms are shown in the app before purchase. Apple processes payments and renewals. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use the app's Restore Purchases option for eligible purchases and Apple's refund service for refund requests. Free allowances and rewarded-ad offers may change, be limited, or be unavailable when ads cannot load; they have no cash value.
Fair use and availability
Do not use the service to infringe others' rights, submit unlawful or abusive content, bypass access controls or usage limits, interfere with the service, or automate abusive requests. Online features require a network connection and may be interrupted by provider outages, maintenance, or changes to third-party services. Keep your own backups of important original files and exports. We may restrict abusive access where reasonably necessary to protect the service and users.
Privacy, responsibility, and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and your choices. The service is provided with the warranties and remedies required by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may revise these terms when the service changes and will update the date above, giving additional notice where required. Contact sonicue-support@gmail.com with questions or complaints.
